By accessing cylinuz.com you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.
• You must be 18 or older to use this Service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

CyLinuz tools are for legitimate IT administration, security research, and network management on systems you own or have explicit authorization to test. You must NOT use tools to:

• Scan, probe, or attack systems without authorization
• Conduct illegal surveillance or privacy violations
• Reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell our tools
• Violate any applicable law
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

4. Payments & Refunds

• Paid tools carry a one-time lifetime license.
• All purchases are final. Refunds only for verified technical failures on our part.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Access is granted immediately after payment verification.

5. Intellectual Property

All tools, software, and content are the property of CyLinuz. Your license is personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. You may not share or redistribute downloads.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose security threats — without prior notice or refund.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee tools will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

CyLinuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
