2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address, and bcrypt-hashed password.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, login timestamps, download history, and session data.
• Payment data: Transaction ID and status via Razorpay. We never store card numbers or banking details.
• Security data: Failed login attempts and IP addresses for fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate your account and secure access to the platform
• Process payments and grant product access
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, purchase confirmation)
• Detect and prevent fraud, brute-force attacks, and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Activity logs are kept for 90 days. Download tokens expire in 10 minutes. Sessions expire after 7 days. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — payment processing (their privacy policy applies)
• Zoho Mail — transactional email delivery
• Law Enforcement — when required by valid legal process

6. Security Measures

We implement bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication with 7-day expiry, HTTPS with HSTS, rate limiting on all endpoints, IP-based brute force protection, signed time-limited download tokens, and session revocation on password change.
